Responsibilities
1. Design and develop functionalities for OPS and BPS Secure enhancement self registration flow.
2. Design and develop features to enable efficient and smooth client application integration.
3. Provide full SDLC support the GO-PKI, GO Secure and ONe-key application by:
3.1 Developing technical requirements in response to business requirements;
3.2 Creating technical designs that favour use of vanilla COTS over custom applications;
3.3 Supporting and informing the development of architectural artefacts;
3.4 Developing, testing, and deploying programmatic constructs (e.g. scripts, queries, views, reports, procedures);
3.5 Tuning service components;
3.6 Maintaining service components (e.g. applying/testing patches);
3.7 Triaging, analysing, and resolving incidents related to GO-PKI, GO Secure and ONe-key;
3.8 Identifying, analysing, and resolving problems related to GO-PKI, GO Secure and ONe-key;
3.9 Assessing the impacts of changes on GO-PKI, GO Secure and ONe-key, including changes raised by clients and service providers (e.g. ITS, CompuCom, Telus); and Documenting maintenance and support requirements and procedures.
4 Support clients across the OPS and BPS to integrate their applications with GO-PKI, GO Secure or ONe-key for identity and access management by:
4.1 Analysing clients’ technical requirements, designing approaches/solutions;
4.2 Providing full SDLC support;
4.3 Analysing and resolving problems encountered during integration; and
4.4 Developing utilities, scripts, applets, and reports to facilitate and automate the integration experience.
5 Supporting the development, testing and deployment of enhancements to the GO-PKI, GO Secure and ONe-key service by:
5.1 Providing full SDLC support per #1
5.2 Identifying, researching or promoting technological innovations;
5.3 Demonstrating technological innovation through proofs-of-concept;
5.4 Promoting and supporting excellence in tools
5.5 Developing requirements for tools (e.g. development, code migration, data migration, configuration management, reporting);
5.6 Evaluating and recommending tools;
5.7 Installing and configuring tools;
5.8 Developing, testing, and deploying programmatic constructs (e.g. scripts, queries, views, reports, procedures); and
6.Documenting maintenance and support requirements and procedures.
7. Provide development support for performance and consumption reporting to integrate data sources
7.1Develop custom templates to report information (e.g. user consumption, health and monitoring of all services)
7.2 Provide support for service management and ensure alignment to agreements with clusters
8. Foster a team culture of excellence and innovation, including:
8.1Developing or informing the development of role descriptions for the sustainment of GOPKI, GO Secure or ONe-key, especially related to the development function;
8.2Developing plans for the knowledge and skills transfer to OPS employees, including activities or tests to demonstrate the successful transfer of knowledge and attainment of required skills. OPS employees includes IT Source People Placement Service;
8.3Developing plans for the transition of sustainment functions to OPS employees; and
8.4Transferring knowledge to OPS employees
