As a member of the modernization project reporting team, you will be responsible to build and deliver reports from the new data warehouse/lakehouse. A high-level list of deliverables follows:

• Ongoing Support: provide post-migration support, analyze and address data-related issues or questions; help with optimizing data management processes in the new environment.

Criteria 4 - Consulting and Communication Skills (10 Points)
• Experience consulting and coordinating between Business Areas and the IT Development and Testing teams to clarify business requirements and translate them into system requirements
• Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills; proven gap analysis experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and build strong working relationships
• Excellent customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy to ensure client needs are managed effectively
• A motivated, flexible, creative team player with perseverance, excellent multi-tasking abilities and a proven track record for meeting strict deadlines
Criteria 5 - DevOps and Agile (10 Points)
• Demonstrated experience with writing user stories and using tools such as DevOps.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience leading and conducting business and system analysis to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and document the business/system requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be designed.
• Proven experience in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in conducting business and system analysis in respect to building data marts/data warehouses/data lakehouse or Business Intelligence/Data Analytics and Reporting solutions
• Demonstrated experience working as a business analyst in large/complex data migration projects.
• Demonstrated experience with writing user stories and using tools such as DevOps.
