Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including;
-Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements;
-Defining the product vision Ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals;
-Gain a deep understanding of customer experience;
-Identify and fill product gaps Generate new ideas that grow market share;
-Improve customer experience;
-Drive growth Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners;
-Develop product pricing and positioning strategies;
-Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;
-Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact;
-Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources;
-Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members;
-Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed;
-Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding; and
-Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
General Skills:
-Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification;
-Experience working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities;
-Experience running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples becoming an expert with respect to the competition; and
-A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines, managing competing priorities and client relationship management experience.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
-5+ years of exp in product management;
-Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to product retirement;
-Experience in leading or delivering users stories; and
-Experience in using product management tools such as Devops, Jira, Figma and Miro (similar tools).

Product Management - 30%
-Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to product retirement;
-Experience in documenting and presenting product roadmaps, requirements, backlog, functional description and user guides;
-Experience working with implementation teams to build and roll out products; and
-Experience providing support to CRMs and Operations staff.
Platform Technologies – 20%
-Knowledge of Web Servers, Application Servers, Tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes/OpenShift Container Platform; and
-Experience with Application hosting service models, pricing, licenses, platform evergreening.
Integration Technologies - 20%
-Knowledge of Gateways, APIs and Managed File Transfer systems; and
-Knowledge of various integration protocols like SOAP, REST, GraphQL etc.
Project Management - 15%
-Experience in the developing and managing plans for medium to large projects, including resource management, RAID management and stakeholder management.
Communication and Presentation - 10%
Public Service Experience - 5%
