Responsibilities
Responsibilities

- Greet Boutique customers and identify their needs.
- Contribute to inventory, stock and cash management.
- Participate in regular team briefings, meetings and coaching sessions organized by the Boutique Manager or Team Leader.
- Maximize sales and promote all Nespresso products presented in the Boutique (coffee, machines, accessories);
- Perform an initial analysis of machine breakdowns reported by customers to direct them as efficiently as possible to the after-sales department.

- Relevant experience in customer service
- Excellent command of French and English is a great asset
- Flexibility to work Friday nights, Saturdays, Sundays
- Excellent ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt quickly in order to offer a personalized service to all customers
- Punctuality and exemplary attendance
