Our client, a leading technology provider to businesses and consumers across the globe is looking for a Sales Administration Manager to join their team in Mississauga. The company has strengths in sustainable energy, supply chain, immersive entertainment and much more for their B2B or B2G customers. This position will have a huge impact on their Canadian operations throughout the GTA and offers great rewards. The main responsibilities of the Sales Administration Manager:
-Manage, coach, and mentor the order desk and supply chain teams
-Establishing targets and monitoring them to make sure the team is performing at their best
-Recommends and approves policies and procedures
-In depth forecasting, demand planning and inventory/purchase planning
-Provides back up support to order desk reps and supply chain associates
-Liaise with Product Managers, Sales, Logistics and various other departments

Qualifications
...of the Sales Administration Manager:
-Certificate or diploma in Business Administration or Finance
-Certificate in Supply Chain Management (bonus, not a prerequisite)
-5 years experience in a related role
-Experience with in depth planning, forecasting or demand planning
-Strong SAP SD(Order Management and PSI systems) and Excel skills
-Must be strong but fair in leadership style
-Must have experience as a manager (training, coaching and supervising)
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
