Are you a dynamic administrative assistant with a great sales and coordination background? Our partner, a company in the technology field as a software publisher is currently looking for a sales administrative assistant for a permanent position in Downtown Montreal.

What is interesting with the position?
- The salary that they offer is $40 000 to $50 000 + performance based bonus
- Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (40h)
- Benefits after 3 months,
- Accessible by public transportation

As a Sales administrative assistant, your main responsibilities will be:
• Ensure that the office workflow is efficient and organized, assisting all departments when necessary
• Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, emails, mail and greets visitors
• Coordinate, schedule and plan events and tradeshows, travel arrangements and other logistical details for the team
• Ensure that invoices and financial documents are forwarded to the appropriate point of contact
• Manage and update the CRM as needed
• Order processing
• Prepare and send quotes for contract renewals
• Domestic and International Shipments (UPS, Fedex, Purolator)
• Credit Card Payment Processing (Paypal, Ogone)
• Accounts Receivable (receiving checks and making collection calls)
• Prepare expense reports
• Ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

What is necessary for the position?
-Bilingualism English and French as well as spoken and written;
-Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar position SMB asset;
-Adaptability in a constantly changing environment;
-Ability to prioritize and work several files at the same time;
-Good sense of customer service, dynamic, good energy;
-Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel) and CRM (ACT);
-Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
