    The position is temporary to begin with a possibility of permanence thereafter.
    The schedule is 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5 pm.

    Responsibilities
    On a daily basis, the successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks:
    - Provide support for appropriate sales staff including facilitation and coordination of all new orders
    - Provide assistance in resolving shipping issues and/or discrepancies with customers
    - Assist in the preparation and search for proposals and support timely submissions
    - Answer the phone
    - Order tracking data entry
    - Provide support to the sales team
    - Filling

    - Ability to learn new products, systems and sales processes
    - Organized and able to multi-task
