Start date: October 21st
Salary: 60K (+ commission)
Business hours: Monday to Friday - 8 am - 8 pm (8-hour shift)
Hybrid after training: 2 days at home
Training: 4-6 weeks 5 days in office

Responsibilities
- Effectively resolve telephone inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
- Present and explain insurance options to existing clients, and or potential clients by emphasizing the benefits and coverage details.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for record keeping and client confidentiality.
- Provide a strong customer service experience
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills and active listening
- Must have LLQC license (Life License Qualification Program)
- Must be comfortable with sales
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions
- Strong computer/multitasking skills
- Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required
- Ability to work under pressure, adaptable and must be empathetic
