*Maintaining and developing your customer database by establishing relationships with new customers;
*Soliciting prospects and clients on a regular basis (Sales), as well as organizing networking visits in a specific local territory;
*Responding to clients' recruitment needs;
*Conducting and managing the full recruitment cycle;
*Identifying and attracting the best talent in the industry;
*Conducting interviews for and presenting all levels of positions;
Qualifications
In order to qualify for the Sales & Recruitment Consultant position, you need to have:
*One plus year of business development / sales experience;
*Ability to build strong business relationships;
*Experience or strong interest in the recruitment world;
*Strong communication skills and be a great team player;
*Great personality and ability to engage in business focused discussions;
*Average proficiency with technology and social networks (an asset);
