Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Sales and Recruitment Consultant role in Montreal:
• Maintain and build business relationships with companies in the industrial sector (factory/warehouse) to help them in their recruitment
• Participate in business development through cold calls, customer follow-ups and company visits
• Negotiate service agreements with companies looking for workers.
• Carry out the recruitment cycle from posting to interview to job confirmation.
• Ensure the coordination of administrative follow-ups (references, verifications, tests, etc.)
• Perform candidate research via different social networks
• Build and maintain an already well-established network of potential candidates and clients.
• Answer numerous calls from job seekers and our workers for all kinds of human resources questions.
• Act as an employer with your talents by managing leaves, vacations, statements, health and safety, performance monitoring and others.
Qualifications

• Experience in sales in the field of services (or other similar field)
• Demonstrate strong initiative and autonomy skills
