The proposed salary is between $50,000 and $55,000 per year, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, benefits after 3 months, 2 weeks vacation, on-site parking, accessible by public transit.

Responsibilities
- Manage reports through Excel, and PowerPoint
- Assisting with fashion and design catalogs
- Preparation of quotations for and communications with customers
- Communications with overseas suppliers
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Organization of meeting followed by agenda
Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English (written and oral)
• Minimum of 3 years of working in a similar role
• Administrative/ Executive experience required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle deadlines
• Strong organization skills
• Very detailed oriented
• Be able to work closely with a team
