Under the supervision of the Sales Department Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the administrative coordination of the department and the management of the Sales Director's agenda.

Salary from 55k to 65 k per year depending on experience

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the department and the President
Participate in the development of special projects
Plan and coordinate corporate events
Writing, translation and layout of various documents
Support sales team
Minutes (meetings mainly in English)
Miscellaneous administrative tasks
Qualifications
Oral and written bilingualism, excellent writing skills in both official languages
Administrative experience
Advanced Excel level (pivot table)
Proficiency in MS Office software, advanced level in Power Point
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
