What does your daily life look like:
Ensure that telephone calls are well directed, welcome visitors
Follow up on emails, accounts receivable, general office tasks
Send copies of invoices and statements of accounts; management of checks received
Open accounts for clients and check references
Receive mailings and order materials
Translate certain documents as needed
Assist in the preparation of quotes, confirmation of deliveries, stock shortages,
Solve logistical problems encountered
Qualifications
Bilingualism both orally and in writing
Advanced mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in a similar position
Experience with SAP (Asset)
Basic accounting knowledge
Priority management and versatility
Ability to work independently and in a team.
