We are currently looking for a sales coordinator for an amazing company in Dorval. They are currently growing and have lots of room for advancement. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a salaried position and an integral part of the overall success in the Sales and Marketing departments. This role reports directly to the Canada Business Unit Leader and is based in Montreal, Canada. The position is responsible for the on-going support and alignment of overall business strategies related to Marketing and Sales.

Coordinate annually the 7-8 tradeshows. Attend (3) tradeshows in Vancouver and Toronto. The Coordinator will work directly to acquire the dimensions of the tradeshow’s booths. Securing appropriate vendors and finding cost-effective mechanisms as appropriate. Additionally, secure builders’ bookings and marketing materials that align with the overall Corporate Strategy.

Navision experience with the ability to maintain the database and facilitate accurate order entry.
Entry into the CRM Zoho System by following up on all leads, potentials and future customers. The data entered in the system should be accurate with all fields filled in completely. At times, the Coordinator will follow up with the Regional Sales Managers and help the new IBP to be trained on how to thoroughly and correctly utilize the system. Use of the system to drive ROI by being proactive and creative to reach the various verticals.
Keep the Territory Sales Map up-to-date and accurate for client distribution.
Book hotel accommodations for in-coming guest(s) for monthly dealer training. Ensure prior to training dates that proactive communication is in place, questions are being addressed frequently and before the training, fluid communication of changes and a key level of the expectations required. Follow-up as needed. Additionally, ensure the training room is ready to go on the day before training.

Ensure the price listing of products and services remain up to date.
Be a proactive communicator and issue spotter. Takes the initiative to drive the marketing objectives and be a consistent resource to the BU Leader as well as the Regional Sales Managers in the field.
Build comprehensive case studies for client distribution to include but not limited to:
testimonials, successes, what is new and challenges.

Service as the Social Media Liaison on social media outlets to develop our footprint. Keeping others informed about the growth and direction of the business. Business Unit Leader/ Regional Sales Manager Support
Book travel for hotels and accommodations for Regional Sales Managers as deemed appropriate by using the corporate credit card. Focus on being cost-effective in securing accommodations and communicate as needed.
Support the BU Leader during Sales Meeting. Serve as an official notetaker and be timely in providing the updates to the Sales Team so that they remain informed. This will help all participants and those who were not able to attend to stay on tasks.

Be a creative, credible and available resource to the team.

Serve as a host for on-site guests. Works with the Finance Department to ensure additional office cleanings are in place. Partner directly with Operations to ensure all supplies to include: meals, office supplies, etc. are well-stocked.
 Order lunches as appropriate for the dealer training(s) and other Sales events as directed.
 Ensure all business collateral is available for training and on-site meetings.
 Keep a yearly list of accomplishments that take place weekly, monthly and quarterly for the Sales Department to comprise an end of the year Executive Marketing Summary to be presented to the BU Leader. Keep the document on the google drive and accessible to the BU Leader.
 Drive the alignment of the business strategies of Sales/Marketing in all facets of the role (communication, products, collateral etc.).
 Answer customer needs on how to do business with us. Be a Subject Matter Expert to help address any questions or concerns. Escalate issues as appropriate when necessary.
 Provide support and fill in for the Customer Success Specialist role when out of the office. Continue to train and to learn new tasks and responsibilities to remain relevant in the job duties.
 Function as an Administrator for all proprietary databases as outlined in the role. At times, serve as the trainer to new users, function as the liaison to IBP/RSM, provide refreshers, learning guides etc. Be a conduit of information to the team.
 Coordinate with the Technical department with specific customers, show demo and the system is ready to perform the demonstrations.
 Set up off-site and on-site presentations for an upcoming meeting as directed by the CAN BU Leader.
 Function as a subject matter expert (SME) in the field of Marketing and act as a sound resource to the Sales Team.

The role is for 37.50 hours per week and the hours of work: 8:30am-5pm.
The medical/dental benefits are paid 100% by the company
2 weeks holidays after 1 year in place (that can be negotiated)
RRSP contribution after 1 year in place and company matches up to 5%
3 sick days per year from Jan to Dec
