Responsibilities
As part of the Sales Coordinator position in Brossard, you will perform the following tasks
- Provide support to assigned representatives by preparing and following up on sales quotes;
- Coordinate all activities required to complete projects by interacting with engineering, production, technical support, shipping, etc. to ensure customer satisfaction, including accurate and timely delivery;
- Manages spare parts orders, returns and maintenance contracts for assigned territories;
- Prepares quotes for parts and service contracts for customers in assigned territories;
- Works in the CRM to maintain the customer database, create, close, adjust or add products to project bids;
- Manages all operational aspects of projects with the customer;
- Ensures that the customer obtains all necessary information: manuals, diagrams, etc. and manages the customer's expectations regarding installation.
Qualifications
To apply for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Bilingualism required, both written and spoken
- Good computer skills (Office suite)
- Ability to make decisions to ensure the smooth running of the project and have an eye for detail;
- Experience in the manufacturing field, a minimum of 2 years is an asset.
