    We are a leader in the distribution of Aerospace technical equipment.

    We are looking for a bilingual Sales Coordinator that is detail oriented, and has experience in customer service or sales coordination.


    Position: Sales Coordinator
    Type: Permanent
    Salary: 50-55k/ year
    Make your own schedule!
    Flex hours, 8h shifts Monday to Friday between 6am and 6pm
    Core business hours: 9:30am to 2:30pm
    Onsite work (no remote for now)

    Responsibilities
    - Answer customer inquiries and quotation requests efficiently
    - Submit purchasing requests to procurement team
    - Monitor inventory and receptions of equipment
    - Coordinate shipment of goods to customer sites
    - Ensure customer deadlines are respected
    - Assist with other administrative tasks as required

    Qualifications
    - Bilingual, English and French written and spoken
    - Experience in a customer service role
    - Pays attention to detail
    - Has skills in Office Suite
    - Performs well under pressure and knows how to problem solve.
