RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support
• Perform and complete various reports: sales reports, budget, sales analyses, etc.
• Coordinate and prepare all the administrative files of the major chains with the Major Accounts and Promotion Manager
• Send new releases (books) to the channels
• Maintain deadlines for tasks and special projects
• Provide quality service to the various chains and our representatives
• Manage the databases and the various intranet sites of our customers (price, current, discount, labels)
• Perform sales analyzes related to our customers or products
• Translate various sales documents as needed
• Invoice orders
• Prepare meetings such as the coordination of sales meetings (agenda and minutes)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingualism both orally and in writing, especially a quality of French
Experience in a similar position
Knowledge of the MS Office Suite
Methodical, organized, analytical mind, team spirit, sense of urgency and deadlines
DEP in secretarial studies
