40 hours/week Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Annual salary: $65,000 + Quarterly bonus ($2,000 to $5,000) + Benefits
Gasoline allowance and car allowance also
3 weeks vacation
Responsibilities
Entry and monitoring of contracts in the system
Management of equipment return dates and delivery tracking
Production of weekly and monthly reports
Daily renewal of contracts in the system
Management of rental contracts during equipment returns
Internal and external problem solving
Participation in the coordination of sales and marketing competitions
Order promotional items
Training of new representatives
Data entry and database maintenance
Qualifications
Qualifications required:
Experience in a similar position
Experience with a CRM (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of FileMaker, Outlook,
Perfectly bilingual French/English
Strong written and oral communication skills
Organizational skills, rigor, attention to detail, initiative, team spirit
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
