Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in the daily management of activities, including preparing quotes, managing contracts and tracking orders.
Coordinate internal and external communications related to sales, maintaining fluid communication between teams.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and questions in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to customers.
Participate in the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Track key performance indicators and generate regular reports for the management team.
Qualifications
College diploma (DEC) in administration, sales or a related field.
Previous experience in sales coordination, customer support or similar role is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Mastery of computer tools such as the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in parallel and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the security industry would be an advantage.
