Sales Manager - Automation

Our clients provide solutions to their clients’ operational, manufacturing, and commercial objectives. They do this through its Automation, Supply, Engineering, and Maintenance Service business divisions.

Responsibilities:
- Building a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Acquiring new clients and proposal submissions as one of the companies’ main points of contact for potential customers
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to promote the organization
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Creating a sales team
- Setting goals for the sales team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Advantages

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field (5+ years) preferred
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills, MS Office
- Ability to travel to the US frequently
- Experience with business development in Engineering/Manufacturing/Automation or Software Industries is highly preferred
