Our client, the leader in access solutions for infrastructure and construction, is currently investing in a Sales Manager position based out of their Cambridge office. The ideal candidate comes with previous experience in B2B sales with Engineering firms, Municipalities, Distributors & General Contractors in the building materials or construction sectors.

Advantages
- Base salary - $90,000-100,000 plus quarterly bonuses (up to 25%)

Responsibilities
• Participation in the development of the company’s business strategy
• Closely monitor the competitors, markets, products, threats and business opportunities, and take the necessary actions
• Provide effective management of sales territories and guide efforts to achieve the desired sales and profits
• Engage with major clients to better understand their needs and optimize the partnership – proposals, costing, quotes, etc.
• Managing the P&L and operations of the branch
• Responsible for hiring, and leading the team at the branch
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience - sales, service, operations
- Previous industry experience in the building materials/construction/infrastructure sector
- Successful track record of sales success in B2B environment; experienced in specification & engineering sales and formal presentations
- Engineering degree is a valued asset; Civil Engineering degree is ideal
- Capable of completing project take offs based on blueprints
- Proficient in Mircosoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
