Responsibilities
For this role, here are the main tasks you will be responsible for :
- Achieve and surpass sales goals, driving the growth and success of maintenance service agreements within your designated area;
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through market research, outbound sales efforts, and networking;
- Assess and verify the creditworthiness of new prospects in collaboration with the Agreement Specialist Team;
- Interact with potential clients to understand their needs, explain the benefits of our agreement and maintenance services, and respond to their questions;
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and lead negotiations, highlighting the advantages of our agreement and maintenance services;
- Develop tailored proposals that emphasize the unique value of our services to meet the specific needs of potential clients;
- Manage the sales pipeline according to established KPIs for Funnel Quality Reporting and provide additional reports to management as needed;
- Gather necessary documentation for setting up new accounts;
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to strategically position our services;
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you typically need the following qualifications :
- A minimum of two to four years of experience in industrial services sales;
- Proven experience in sales, eager to achieve sales targets and a high level of communication;
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
