    - Hybrid opportunity available! 3 days in Markham, ON office
    - Special summer hours: Every Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, until Labour Day 2022

    Responsibilities
    - Build and maintain relationships with customers by communicating in an efficient and timely manner via phone and email
    - Pass along product information and solutions while following up with customers concerning product availabilities, cross references, shipments, proof of delivery, deferred delivery dates, prices, etc.
    - Process and maintain all reports of concern and unreasonable delays that are not up to customer satisfaction
    - Order entry, follow up, and RGA’s
    - Support outside sales representatives
    - Upsell products to existing customers
    - Participate in sales, marketing meetings, and trainings
    - Any other related tasks when required

    Qualifications
    - Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or inside sales experience
    - Proficient knowledge of MS Office
    - background in SAP is an Asset
    - Ability to easily create relationships with customers
    - Positive attitude and team player
    - Prioritizes time management
