Responsibilities
• This position requires the ability to work with Business SME’s and AMS team to
develop functional specifications, define requirements for enhancements, help
resolve incidents, assist with processing service requests. The position is required
to work with Business SME’s and AMS team to provide solutions for incidents,
service requests and enhancements.
• The applicant should have a strong ability to gather functional requirements
• The applicant should have a strong ability to communicate on a functional level,
provide details on expectations, timelines, deliverables.
• The applicant should have a strong ability to organise and prioritize work, organize
meetings, level set expectations on delivery dates
• The applicant should have an understanding of building enhancements, service
request, incidents in a Managed Service Environment.
Qualifications
