What will you do?
Our client is looking for an SAP Developer to provide support for our current SAP Fiori/mobile applications, and to work on the design/implementation of new and ongoing projects.
• The IT SAP Portal Developer Level 1 provides support to the SAP solutions and works on design and implementation with ongoing projects and/or work programs to achieve organizational objectives.
Experience and Role Accountabilities
• A minimum three (3) years of working experience in SAP production support including one (1) year of consulting experience in SAP Enterprise Portal configuration/development, and completion of at least one (1) full lifecycle of SAP implementation or upgrade, or equivalent.
• Present feasible technical options and develop sustainable and high quality, custom solutions by following industry best practices while adhering to company standards and guidelines.
• Perform sustainment and operational routine activities and bug fixes by troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms, documenting issue resolution, configuration changes and design enhancements, and creating user assistance tools to ensure adequate performance for all SAP systems across the organization.
• Review functional specification documents and present proposed technical design to the development leads for review using excellent analytical skills and communication skills to ensure that the design meets business requirements.
• Design, develop, and document high quality, sustainable SAP Portal solutions and enhancements by planning, monitoring, and tuning data conversions, data extracts, interfaces, and modifications based on architectural direction and technical design approved by the developer lead to ensure that the work is packaged and structured according to standards.
• Monitor the progress of development activities and resources; troubleshoot and resolve development items by collaborating with functional and technical team members, internal development and business teams, delivery vendors, and representatives from other projects while providing timely status updates to the team and the consulting team as required..

o Organizational structures and role resolution.
o Deadline management, substitution and batch processing.
• Good understanding of change management procedures and policies, preferably using Solution Manager

• Excellent communication skills for professional environment, written and spoken
