Lead training, coaching, and workshops on practices such as Value Stream Identification and Mapping, Feature Mapping, ART Establishment, and PI Planning.
Bring their experience to create a roadmap for transitioning from team agility to Scaled Agile. Guide the organization through the transition and drive continued adherence to optimal Agile work practices.

Bring innovative ideas for implementing lean agile values and principles at both the team and scaled levels, resulting in better collaboration, predictability, transparency, and velocity.
Advise executives on developing functional strategies, often segment-specific, on matters of significance.
Use their best judgment in conflicts and working sessions to achieve smooth change management and able to bring everyone to embrace the change.
While working on the program and portfolio side, able to step in to help the team and practice level too.

Responsibilities
Experience in DevOps transformation and implementation.
Understanding of software engineering principles and experience with DevOps toolchains such as GitLab, Jenkins, or similar.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Qualifications
SAFe® Certification (SPC, SAFe Agilist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Release Train Engineer, etc.)
5+ years of experience in Agile Coaching, with technical experience.
2+ years of experience in Scaled Agile implementation.
