Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Workplace Services, the incumbent’s mandate is to carry out the technical stages of the digitization (scanning) process. The individual performs the digitization steps according to a determined schedule. They are responsible for identifying incoming mail and preparing paper documents according to a specific procedure. They scan paper documents using high-speed scanners and perform image quality checks using quality control software. Finally, they index the scanned documents into boxes to be sent for archiving.
Start date: Asap
Mandate : Until September 18th 2026
Hours: Full-time , On-site
Salary : 23$/h

Sort and prepare documents according to the established criteria.
Digitize paper documents using scanners and scanning software.
Verify the quality of scanned documents to ensure they are legible and complete.
Enter confidential data into secure databases.
Organize and file scanned documents according to established procedures.
Comply with data confidentiality and security standards.
Qualifications
Document analysis skills
Ability to communicate in French with an intermediate level of English
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail
Basic IT skills and familiarity with scanning software
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of documents
Discretion and adherence to confidentiality standards
