Our client, a not-for-profit that deals with homeless youths is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team!
This role is a temporary opportunity to start with a possibility of going permanent for the right candidate!
Your main responsibilities as a Scheduling Coordinator Includes:
• Monitoring the central line for scheduling/rescheduling internal employee’s shifts
• Utilizing the ADP system to complete the day to day tasks and duties
• Making sure all shifts are covered
• Coordinating any last-minute sick calls
• Internal communication within the team with phone and in-person and documenting their hours on Excel
Advantages

• Work-life balance – ability to work from home once a week
• 9-5 or 8-4 Monday to Friday
• Able to make a difference within the homeless community

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in administration or a coordinating role

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft with strong Excel experience
• Experience working in the not-for-profit sector is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone demeanor
