What will your day look like?

-Someone who can drive the meetings and tech people - this person has to push back to other business partners - everyone will want to push their own agenda, so you will need to know when and when not push and pull.

-Someone who is an extrovert, confident in speaking with the business, do presentations, gain trust of the tech people, big emphasis on delivery (even if it means walking through the tech issues with the developers to identify issues and risk)

-Looking for an experienced Scrum Master who knows how to manage scrum sprint's, agile methodologies and understand how technologies runs under the agile principles.

-Scrum master has to stay on top of the projects and follow through to completion

Qualifications:

Technical – in an analytics environment
Scrum Master and Product Owner experience
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, oral & presentation
• Excellent manager / leader - people love to work with you !
• Energetic - go getter mentality
• Need a driver, someone who roles up their sleeves to effectively run Data Analytic projects on time within an ever changing project competing environment.
• Must be able to switch gears and move to and from a few ongoing projects effectively.
• Able to make decisions on the fly.
