Responsibilities
Provide advice to ensure compliance with internal security policies and procedures.
Support various compliance audits and assessments and provide progress reports to management.

Identify cyber risks and vulnerabilities, develop and communicate best practice solutions and implement mitigation measures in line with the company strategy.
Develop action plans and follow up on security incidents submitted internally or externally.
Contribute to the development, documentation, monitoring, and maintenance of information security standards, policies, and protocols to ensure that the company's data, infrastructure, and IT resources are protected against attacks, confidentiality, integrity, and availability issues.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal and corporate policies, processes, and procedures.
Provide expertise to define, select and implement cyber security controls.
Collaborate with departments to ensure that the application of digital information security principles meets cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
Support the management team in strategic initiatives in the area of IT and cyber security.
Maintain and operate various IT and cybersecurity environments (Endpoint detection and response, vulnerability scanning, etc.)
Facilitate the monthly IT compliance and security meeting.
