    Responsibilities
    As a Security Officer your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    -Support and promote a positive working environment
    -Effective communications with team members and customers
    -Provide conflict management and resolution
    -Provide highest standard of customer service
    -Handling clearance equipment
    -Understand the emergency and contingency procedures
    -Pertain knowledge of the SOPs, COPs and CATSA procedures
    -Acquire up to date required certifications and clearances


    Qualifications
    As a Security Officer your qualifications include, but not limited to:

    -Completion of High School
    -Required to be available to work all shifts: morning, afternoon, evening, graveyard and weekend
    -Internal assessments and clearances are mandatory
    -Computer literacy will be an asset
    -Bilingual in French and English is an asset
    -Ability to work under pressure in an evolving environment
