Are you looking for a new challenge in the financial field? Do you have experience in customer service as well as administration? We are currently looking for an account services specialist.

What are the main responsibilities of the Account Services Specialist?

- Process documentation and data entry for new accounts;
- Supports vendor requests;
- Provide support to internal customers (billing inquiries, disputes, service/data requests, etc)
- Perform quality control on the files;

Conditions of the position:
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Location: Jean Talon East near the Galeries d'Anjou boulevard
Temporary contract of 12 months with the possibility of extension

Work for a reputable credit bureau
Montreal location
12 month contract
Monday to Friday
No weekends
8am to 5pm shift
Start date: ASAP

What are the requirements for the Account Services Specialist position?
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or administration
• Post-secondary degree
• Easy to understand and quickly use new technologies
• Multi-tasking and priority management
• Constant attention to organization and details
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Initiative
• Knowledge of Microsoft products - Access & Excel
• Knowledge of CIS, Siebel, ezBoard, Acro and SalesForce
