Responsibilities
-Manage Full cycle accounting function
• Responsible for monthly reconciliations, management reporting, and month end journal entries.
• Analyze financial performance monthly to identify cost opportunities, evaluate cost reduction initiatives and make recommendations.
• Oversee all accounts payable functions.
• Ensure the preparation and regulatory tax filings (Federal, Provincial Sales Tax, etc.).
• Responsible for accuracy and timely reporting to external parties.
• Prepare various financial reports and financial analysis focusing on key performance indicators.
• Reviewing monthly reconciliations of bank accounts.

- Other finance duties


Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- CPA or Pre-CPA
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bilingual ( strong English)
- Proficient in Excel
