Responsibilities
-Review and ensure a timely + accurate month-end close
-Maintain accounting procedures and processes, assist with documentation
-Oversee the bookkeeper in their day-to-day accounting activities
-Oversee payroll
-Assist with day-to-day accounting and payroll as required
-Manage cash flow reporting and answer related cashflow queries
-Oversee donations log
-Manage the GL
-Financial planning and analysis
-Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
-Budgeting & forecasting and ad-hoc reports
-Be a key contributor to annual audit preparation
Qualifications
-5+ years of accounting experience
-Must come from NPO/Government sector
-Should be interested in developing into a Senior Finance/Accounting Manager
-Pursuing your CPA or designation completion
-Advanced Excel
-Strong attention to detail, organized, strong planner
-Innovative and looking for a new challenge
Summary
Compensation: 85,000 - 100,000
Location: Downtown Toronto
Yearly Bonus
