Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
-Conduct financial analyses and prepare detailed reports, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
-Handle complex reconciliations and maintain accurate records for various accounts, ensuring financial data integrity.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, offering your expertise in financial matters and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
-Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes in accounting standards to implement best practices and maximize efficiency.
-Take ownership of special projects and process improvements, showcasing your initiative and innovation.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance-
-Proven experience as an Accounting Technician or similar role, demonstrating a track record of success.
-Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and practices, with a keen eye for detail.
-Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with exceptional organizational skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
