Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the administrative and logistical support systems related to general office administrative duties.
- Assist with online membership registrations, registration for courses, events, clubs and activities and processing withdrawals.
- Coordinate, manage and generate automated course evaluations and various automated reports.
- Respond in a timely manner to all member enquiries including assisting members with registration and troubleshooting related issues
- Support and uphold the company's policies and procedures with members and volunteers
- Assist with social media posts, video conferencing platforms and website as directed
Qualifications
- Demonstrated 3 – 5 years’ experience in office administration or equivalent
- Experience with member management software.
- Experience with website content management
- Experience with videoconferencing platforms, particularly Zoom
- Knowledge of Adobe Pro would be a big asset - the building of PDF’ s including adding images.
- Good understanding of optimizing social media outlets an asset (particularly Facebook and Twitter)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to adhere to tight and competing deadlines
- Solid organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Post-secondary education preferred or proven equivalent experience.
