Work with Contract Administration Department in processing project Shop Drawings and administrative paperwork.
Education | Experience:
University Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architectural Technology or current OAA member ( OAA Licensed Technologist).
Minimum of 10+ years of related experience.
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
High-level ability to create, troubleshoot, and standardize Revit families
Should have a solid understanding of BIM use and methodology from Design, Construction and Construction Documentation.
Working knowledge of current local and international building codes; OBC, NFPA, OADA, LEED, and knowledge of related standards such as ANSI, ASTM, ASHRAE, etc.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Proficiency with Ontario Building Systems and Ontario Building Code
Should have an understanding of architectural documentation and construction techniques.
Coordination of Architectural/Mechanical/Structural/Electrical components and consultants.
Site experience.
Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
Being able to take notes, create and distribute minutes of meetings
Be task oriented – able to switch between tasks and projects easily.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
