Senior AS400 business analyst

Responsibilities
- Align IT initiatives with business needs
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes by identifying optimizations
- Document the analysis process and the processes as such whether they are business or systems
- Interact with relevant stakeholders to identify application improvement opportunities
- Write the functional requirements for the development of improvements
- Create and execute test cases
- Accompany the parties affected in the change to promote adoption (in collaboration with the change management team)
- Bring industry best practices
- Assess the impacts of the change on the systems
- Identify constraints, risks and alternatives to solutions

Qualifications
- Experience in RPG programming - AS400
- min 5 years of experience as a system business analyst or equivalent
- Knowledge of development methodologies (agile, UML, RUP... asset)
- Supply chain experience (asset)
- Bilingual
