Are you a seasoned Auditor seeking your next opportunity?

Our client located in Downtown Toronto is currently seeking a Senior Auditor to join their growing team. The successful candidate for this position will have experience within CPA firms or Big 4. The successful candidate will have the below requirements


• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one & small group situations to clients & team members of the firm
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts & the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, & proportions to practical situations
• Ability to solve problems involving several variables
• Develop & maintain good knowledge of accounting software, including: Caseware, Caseview, MS Office (particularly strong Excel skills and Word), &Tax prep
• Perform research & reach logical, well-supported technical conclusions
• Consistently apply & expand knowledge of accounting and assurance engagement standards

Experience and Qualifications:

• Completed or pursuing a degree in an accounting or assurance related field
• 4+ years of experience in a public accounting environment with exposure to the audit/assurance cycle
• Previous experience with Canadian corporate taxes (mandatory)
• Actively pursue a CPA designation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Organizational skills for prioritizing demands, work flow and meeting deadlines
• Solid understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work in a team environment

Salary: 70-85k (Growth opportunities)
