manage our day-to-day tasks,
- collate and update
- elicit and clarify requirements,
- Work with SaaS application management
- research applications that meet the needs of the business/request
- manage user licenses
- support application users
Qualifications
Looking for a BA/BSA with 5+ years of experience able to gather requirements and work with technical teams to support applications, SaaS and other technical projects.
Looking for an excellent communicator, someone with an eye for detail that can help structure all BA and BSA needs., and someone that can assist with the architecture.
