Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: $80,000 to $150,000 per year - depending on the level of specialization in business analysis (also open to embedded consultants).

Project context: A large company located in downtown Montreal is currently undergoing a major transformation of its computer system and Finance service.
As a Senior Business Analyst, your work will have a significant impact on all areas of the specialized solutions service at the national level. People will be counting on you to implement the various project initiatives and support the company during these changes.

Job Description:
- Assess system and process requirements;
- Analyse project profitability (cost/benefit);
- Issue recommendations, solutions and alternatives;
- Lead the planning and follow-up processes in collaboration with the project’s different stakeholders
- Supervise a team of junior and/or intermediate Analysts (workload delegation and operational supervision);
- Run ongoing tests to modifications during the planning stage as well as during implementation;
- Ensure continuous ongoing process improvements.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in the context of an accounting process transformation within a large company;
- Plus: CPA or CFA designation
- Plus: Experience in operational change management and ability to prepare stakeholders for change.
- Sense of analysis, initiative and autonomy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
