Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: 100% remote work (but the offices are located in Montreal)
Compensation: $80,000 to $150,000 per year (depending on the level of specialization in business analysis, also open to incorporated people)

As part of the upcoming transformation of both the Finance function and information systems for a large insurance company, your role will be to...
...identify
...evaluate
...recommend
...test
...implement
and continuously improve complex processes and information systems.

All this with the objective to :
- Comply with industry regulations;
- Provide relevant information to the leadership team;
- Support all legal requirements and business needs;
- Produce financial statements that comply with applicable IFRS.


We currently have several positions available at different stages of the transformation process and requiring different levels of experience as Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.


Your skills
- Experience in business analysis or accounting in large companies;
- CPA designation (asset);
- Business acumen;
- Experience in operational change management (asset);
- Sense of initiative and ability to work effectively under little supervision;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
