It supports an application base of more than 50 solutions, a number that is constantly growing, using various technologies, platforms, and languages.Our ambition is to innovate by aligning our solutions with technological trends (e.g.: cloud computing, digital shift, mobility, continuous development, etc.).In a varied context of business domains, you will work on the implementation of new technologies such as cloud computing (Saas), continuous development (PaaS), support for existing applications, etc. You will accompany the client in identifying their needs and functional requirements and you will be responsible for translating the needs and requirements into functional and application specifications according to the recommendations of the solution architects. You are at the heart of our technological transformation!Functional AnalystThe incumbent participates in project activities assigned to the Movement Support Functions Division. He or she analyzes the various business needs and recommends the best solutions. Implements functional and configuration changes to applications. She liaises and follows up with external suppliers when service is required. She may be called upon to act as a resource person within the project team for the implementation of various modules of the solution to bestow. She collaborates with the business teams, identifies opportunities for improvement, proposes and recommends solutions to optimize and evolve services, tools, processes, and work methods.Primary Responsibilities:Accompany the business teammate in the definition of his or her needs, target, capture, analyze and interpret the necessary information and data in order to support the decision-making process in the selection of appropriate technological solutions, as well as the processes for monitoring the application of policies and management practices in effectWrite various analysis reports and recommendations.
