Responsibilities
The SCM is responsible for the following organizational change management and
communications activities:
• Manage, develop, and deliver organizational change management activities such as: Stakeholder assessments,
leadership alignment, change impact assessments, change risk assessments, survey strategies, change network(s)
and change readiness and adoption planning.
• Manage, develop, and deliver workplans associated with the project level change and communications activities.
• Manage the change and communication plan logistics including any required communications, scheduling of
meetings, materials preparation etc.
• Manage the engagement planning process and facilitate stakeholder engagements.
• Deliver Organizational Change Plans, aligned with the SAP MP Organizational Change Strategy and methodology.
• Support continuous learning and improvement by incorporating lessons learned.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Organizational Change and Communications Specialist(s).
• Work in partnership with other SAP MP Organizational Change Managers, , Change Specialists and all SAP MP
team members.
Qualifications
The SCM must fulfill the following qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years experience helping organizations plan, implement, and deliver people and change initiatives.
Within the Candidate’s change management history, experience in the following areas is required:
o People & Business Process change; and
o IT implementation experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and implementing change management deliverables.
• Experience with Change Management methodologies (PROSCI or similar).
• Strong facilitation skills (one on one and in small/large groups).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and can collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and team members.
• Highly flexible adaptable in changing environments and can adjust style and approach to meet the needs of the
client or organization.
• Is a critical thinker and can effectively work through problems to find solutions.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and execute deliverables.

The SCM ideally should fulfill the following desirable qualifications:
• Prior Organizational Change Management experience in an SAP, ERP, or technical implementation project
context.
• Prior experience, in a change management role, within the public sector.
• Prior experience in an SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud solution environment.
