Transport /logistic company located in Ville Saint -Laurent specialized in distribution and warehousing is looking for you to join their team and contribute to their outgoing expansion and success !
They are looking for a customer service coordinator for their logistic department !
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the receiving, storing and shipping of supplies, stock and materials as well as effectively managing the timely flow of order processing.
Permanent position
Salary 55-60k

40 hrs / week '
Monday to Friday
The main responsibilities are:
Creating customer orders in our system,
Update and track all pickups and deliveries,
Count the inventory cycle,
Coordinate and communicate with warehouse teams (order correction, preparation of referrals as well as internal transfers and those to the customer),
Coordinate and communicate with the logistics team and the dispatcher,
Ensure that charges are communicated to customers and billed accordingly,
Respond to customer inquiries, providing prompt turnaround time,
Entering data for shipping and receiving in the system,
Provide solutions for complaints or challenging situations
Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to make sure that clients requests are meet in a timely matter,
Execute any other administrative related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.
Eventually be the lead hand for the team
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience of customer service (in the trucking industry, an asset);
Experience with 3PL (An asset);
Bilingual oral and written in French and English;
Dynamic, multitasking, sense of urgency, team player;
Customer service
Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail;
Planning and organizational skills, ability to work well with high volumes and deadlines
Knowledge of computer system and Truckmate (Asset)
