    A distribution company of non-perishables is looking for a senior customer service representative to join their team in Ville Saint Laurent.

    Position: Permanent
    Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
    Hours a week: 37.5 hours
    Salary: $50,000 to $60,000

    As a senior customer service representative you will be working side by side the sales teams to ensure order entry and processing runs smoothly.

    Responsibilities
    -Work meticulously with other departments on major accounts
    -Answer phone calls and implement upselling skills
    --Enter customer orders received by fax, phone, email.
    -Update order status
    -Enter quotations in the computer for sales representatives and clients as required.
    -Provide customer support
    -Responsible for creating product codes for new items
    - Updating current information in the system for newly placed orders

    -Responds to inquiries, verify availability of stock on system
    -Arranges pick-ups
    -In close communication with managers about customer feedback
    -Performs other duties in relation to customer service when directed by the order department management
    -Develop quotes and increases

    Qualifications
    -DEC in a business-related area or work experience equivalent
    -Communicate in both French and English (spoken and written)
    - 2 year experience working in a customer service /order department
    -Hold strong MS office skills
    -Hold strong order entry skills
