The analyst must have an excellent understanding of customs processes in order to deal with possible client disputes and resolve them. The analyst will be auditing and reviewing B3 documents of all internal customs raters as well as the freight department in order to ensure the accuracy of information needed to clear a given shipment.

Responsibilities
- Provide customs technical support by maintaining client databases and reducing exposure to non-compliance and to reduce transactional errors.
- Dealing with possible client disputes and resolve them.
- Auditing and reviewing B3 documents of all internal customs raters as well as the freight department in order to ensure the accuracy of information needed to clear a given shipment.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role
• Experience in dealing with local brokerage procedures and knowledge of customs regulations
• College Degree or equivalent
• CCS designation is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently
• Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
• Outstanding ability to multi-task
