Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager at this pharmaceutical industry leader in Ville Saint-Laurent;
TOP: Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience within a large, matrix organization
TOP: IAM/IGA Proficiency and experience in large scale customer identity initiatives. Implementation program experience
with tools such as Okta or Azure AD
TOP: Self-starter with ‘learn and apply’ attitude in an intense, fast-paced environment
TOP: Experience leading and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups (technical, product, business and third-party
vendor teams)
TOP: Third party management experience
Assumed exceptional project management skill set
Excellent communication, collaboration, documentation skills
Collaborate with cross-functional team to drive goals, define technical specifications and detailed implementation plans for
project
Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented and vigorously pursued to deliver the final
product.
Track and monitor project status, ensuring risks are reviewed & mitigated, issues are escalated & resolved, and changes
are documented & approved (utilizing a PPM solution).
Weekly status reporting updates
Proven track record of program-level schedule development and delivering objectives on time and within budget against that schedule.
Qualifications

AS400 - RPG Application Developer at this pharmaceutical industry leader in Ville Saint-Laurent;
PMP certification or equivalent experience
Soft Skills
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams involved with information
security (e.g., IT, Business, Windows, Systems, Finance, Vendors, etc.).
Confident, solution-oriented independent worker with the ability to drive work forward
Proven problem solving and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals.
Technical Skills
Expert with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Familiarity with PPM solutions (e.g., Planview, Smartsheet, Jira) for managing projects.
Experience integrating applications with an Identity Provider (e.g. Okta, Azure, PingFed, FusionAuth, Gigya, Auth0)
Experience with common SSO protocols (OIDC, OAuth and SAML)
Languages
Bilingual with excellent written & verbal communication skills required
