Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Engineering: Design, build, configure, and maintain stable, scalable, and highly secure production environments utilizing comprehensive cloud platforms.
Contact Center Solution Architecture: Architect and implement end-to-end cloud contact center architectures—including call and queue flows, interactive voice response (IVR) nodes, unified agent workspaces, call recording configurations, and deep CTR/Contact Lens data analytics pipelines.
Pipeline Automation & Deployment: Develop, test, and manage automated infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to deploy software packages efficiently.
Systems Administration & Scripting: Maintain and monitor complex Linux application ecosystems, leveraging multi-language scripting routines to optimize computing resources and orchestrate operational workflows.
API & System Integration: Build, document, and connect robust API layers to safely bridge data exchanges across external communication channels, relational databases, and NoSQL storage networks.
AI Agent Development: Design, configure, and refine natural-language processing (NLP) architectures and conversational artificial intelligence interfaces to drive modern customer interactions.
Performance & Telemetry Monitoring: Evaluate application telemetry, monitor compute workloads, and audit cloud performance metrics to guarantee maximum system availability and minimal service disruption.

Qualifications
Core Technical Seniority: 10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in software development and technical delivery across varied enterprise roles.
AWS Cloud Mastery: 5+ years of dedicated engineering experience building production infrastructure with a wide range of AWS services (including Lambda, API Gateway, Amazon Lex, AWS CLI, Kinesis, S3, KMS, Glue, DynamoDB, RDS, Amplify, and core utility suites).
Contact Center Specialist: 5+ years of practical experience implementing enterprise contact center solutions, featuring verified success designing, building, and scaling Amazon Connect cloud routing, queues, and analytics.
Conversational AI Competency: Proven, hands-on technical experience designing and tuning Amazon AI agents and voice-to-text automated workflows.
Advanced Scripting Fluency: High proficiency writing functional scripts and microservices across languages such as Python, Bash, Node, JavaScript, PHP, or Java.
