Responsibilities
Digital Adoption :
•Create digital sales plans and customer targeting strategies and report progress
•Meet with clients to promote, demonstrate, train, and implement eCommerce sales tools
•Drive eCommerce utilization with existing and customers demonstrating the eCommerce benefits
•Share feedback and work with digital product teams to introduce new solutions
•Coordinate and train leaders, managers, inside and outside sales teams to drive eCommerce adoption
•Develop comprehensive digital sales tools to ensure sales teams are able to effectively present eCommerce
•Report pertinent statistics about eCommerce to different levels within the organization
•Travel to branches within Ontario as required
•Search for operational efficiencies through digitalization and engage leaders to present thoughts and ideas
Qualifications
-Post secondary education in Business /Marketing and/or a technical discipline is an asset
-Experience in the Construction/Electrical industry an asset
-5 + Years in leading marketing strategies
-5+ Years experience in Ecommerce/Marketing and Sales is a must
-5 + Years experience in leading a team of at least 3-5.
-Must have a vehicle as is able to work in the office
-Microsoft office experience is a must. Power BI and asset.
